This is the second website we have developed for New Bedford, which manages buildings throughout New York City. The previous site was a complete management tool — with online access for co-op and condo boards and residents, access to online payment, and a host of other features. This site adds a Building Information search engine, as well as the ability for their clients to select and purchase documents online. The new site is built using a WordPress content management system, allowing the client to update site content and manage online transactions.

Fred Smith Plumbing & Heating serves a large number prestigious New York City buildings. To help commemorate its 100th Anniversary, the company brought in Chrein.com to develop a new custom-designed WordPress website and blog, as well as an innovative new advertising campaign. We continue to serve Fred Smith Plumbing with online and print marketing services.

SUITE New York sells high-end mid-century modern and contemporary furniture. The client came to the team of Chrein.com, collaborating with project managers Netamorphosis and designer Laurie Fink, to create a robust, completely custom LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) back-end solution, including a shopping cart and an admin system for vendors. The project included a custom WordPress blog, and custom Mailchimp templates for email blasts. We continue to maintain, update and upgrade the site with new custom features and improved/updated code.
