Baxter Floors is a family owned and operated flooring company, serving the Washington DC metro area since 2008. They specialize in hardwood floor refinishing and custom installation, and also offer a variety of residential and commercial flooring services, including their signature Deep Clean and Recoat service. The owners came to Chrein.com for a clean, fresh website that spotlighted their excellent work. We developed a user-friendly WordPress site that will allow them to easily add projects, blog posts and content for a long time to come.

The Building Contractors Association (BCA) is Metropolitan New York’s leading membership association of construction contractors and related industry professionals. The organization was referred to Chrein.com through a long-time real estate industry associate, Janine Kourakos (thank you, Janine). We worked closely with BCA staff to refine the organizational structure of the site, and design a fresh, mobile-responsive interface that highlights BCA’s events, provides a user-friendly member search, allows users to register and renew online, and much more.

For more than 30 years, The Lovett Group has provided comprehensive real estate management services for residential buildings in New York City. Chrein.com built Lovett’s first website, with a full-featured custom backend for managing client documents and work orders, in 2008. We maintained and updated the site for a decade. This year, we worked closely with the Lovett team to create this fresh, new mobile responsive site – a custom WordPress implementation, and a complete reprogramming of the custom backend to take advantage of current database and server technology.
