Time Equities is one of the country's largest owners and managers of commercial, industrial and residential real estate. Chrein.com developed the company's first full-scale website in 1999, including dynamic real estate listings and investor relations sections. Tryax Realty Management
Tryax Realty Management owns and manages about 30 buildings in Harlem and the Bronx. Chrein.com built a new site for them that allows visitors to search rental listings at Tryax buildings by several criteria. An administrative control tool allows Tryax to add, edit and delete listings as often as needed. In addition, a password-protected Tenant Information Center allows building residents to view important information about their individual buildings, and submit repair requests online.
