115 Main Street is a new-construction medical professional complex in Tuckahoe,
New York. The developers came to Chrein.com for a complete branding program,
including the logo, website, brochure and a large billboard for the front of the
building.

136 East 56th Street
Located at the Southeast corner of Fifty-Sixth Street between Lexington Avenue
and Park Avenue, 136 East 56th Street is a white glove service cooperative
building. The board of directors called upon Chrein.com to create a clean, easy
interface that highlighted the building's attributes and gave shareholders
password-protected access to documents and building information.

565 West End Avenue
Located in the Riverside-West End Avenue Historic District, 565 West End Avenue
is a cooperative apartment building and an excellent example of an Art Deco
architecture. The building is managed by The Argo Corporation, one of
Chrein.com's longtime clients, and the board called upon us to design a site
that carries the Art Deco look and feel, and incorporates a Shareholder Login
section to download documents and get news and information.

Beach 9 Condominiums
Beach 9 Condominium, a luxury new-construction property in Far Rockaway, NY,
came to Chrein.com for a complete online branding program. In addition to
providing web development services and branding consulting, we worked closely
with the project's developer to make sure the site was in compliance with the
New York State Attorney General's requirements for advertising condo offerings.

The Fairview at Forest Hills is a cooperative apartment building located at the
intersection of the Long Island Expressway and the Grand Central Parkway, in
Forest Hills, Queens. The site offers information about the co-op and its
amenities, and descriptive sales listings with apartment floorplans.

Georgetown Mews
Georgetown Mews is a co-op apartment complex with more than 900 units, located
in Kew Gardens Hills, Queens. The board chose Chrein.com to design the site
because of our extensive experience working with the New York co-op and condo
community. The site features a password-protected area for Shareholders Only,
and a Sales section with apartment floorplans. (Site is still under construction.)

Main Street Mews Lofts is a newly built apartment house in Freeport, New York.
It was developed by Time Equities, a long-time client of Chrein.com. The company
came to us to built an attractive sales website and create a targeted Google
AdWords campaign to drive traffic.

Morningside Heights Hsg. Corp.
Morningside Heights Housing Corporation is a 1,000-unit co-op on Manhattan's
Upper West Side. The management office called upon Chrein.com to develop an
extensive information resource for residents, including a large selection of
downloadable PDF documents and password protected areas for shareholders and the
sales department.

The Butterfield House
The Butterfield House was completed in 1962 and is considered one of the most
architecturally significant Modern apartment houses in New York City. The board
hired Chrein.com to develop a website that carried the flavor of the building's
design, and was easy to use for shareholders of all ages.

The Excelsior
The Excelsior is a luxury high-rise co-op on Manhattan's East Side. Chrein.com

The Hampshire House
Hampshire House is a luxury, landmark residential cooperative on Manhattan's
Central Park South. Chrein.com created the original website for the building in
2006, and was asked to redesign the site in 2009, in collaboration with the
co-op's marketing consultant, 3BWebdesign.com. The new interface is in keeping
with the
building's high-end, high-profile image. The website includes a back-end
administration system for brokers to post and manage apartment listings.

The Orleans is a luxury rental apartment building located at 80th Street and
Columbus Avenue on Manhattan's Upper West Side. The building's owners retained
Chrein.com to build a one-page online reference for renters and brokers, with
the goal of capturing the elegance and historical significance of the property.

The Ritz Tower
The Ritz Tower is a luxury residential cooperative building located at Park
Avenue and 57th Street in Manhattan. Designed by Emery Roth and built in 1926,
it is the first high-rise apartment tower and is one of the city's most
recognizable landmarks. Chrein.com was called in to create a web presence that
is both elegant and effective. The site includes a large password-protected area
where building residents can download co-op documents and get instant, 24-hour
access to necessary information.
